Collin Smith, a vibrant young man with a passion for life, faith, and adventure, tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident on April 10, 2024. Just weeks prior, Collin had begun thriving at Pearland High School, joining the welding team, and finding joy in learning to rope. While his life was cut short far too soon, his impact on those around him was profound.
In the midst of unimaginable grief, Collin’s parents recognized the transformative power of their son’s story. Driven by a desire to honor Collin’s memory and keep his light shining, they established the Collin E. Smith Memorial Scholarship Fund. This scholarship aims to empower future generations by providing financial support and mentorship to deserving students pursuing their educational goals, particularly within the field of welding that Collin held close to his heart.
